These terms cover your use of Aiden, which is operated by PM Align, LLC. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. "We" and "us" below mean PM Align, LLC.

What Aiden is — and what it isn't

Aiden is a coaching tool. It asks questions, pushes back on your reasoning, and records what you decide. The decisions are yours. Aiden's output is generated by a language model and can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken.

It is not legal, financial, investment, tax or professional advice, and a "Go" from Aiden is not a prediction that your idea will succeed. Do not use it as your only input on a decision that matters.

Your account

You need an account, you must give accurate details, and you are responsible for what happens under it. One account is for one person — don't share logins.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Aiden, and the Playbook and Build Spec produced from it, belongs to you. We claim no ownership. We store and process it to run the product, as described in our Privacy page.

Your spaces stay available for as long as your account is active — that is, until you delete it — whether or not you are on a paid plan. If your plan lapses or you pause, coaching stops, but you can still open your spaces, read your Playbook and download your Build Spec. Archiving a space keeps it too: it stays readable and can be restored.

If you delete your account, your spaces and records are permanently erased. If we ever shut Aiden down, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, so you have time to download your Build Spec and keep anything else you want.

Plans and payment

• Free trial — 14 days. No card required. Coaching stops when it ends; your records stay readable.
• Starter and Founder — billed monthly through Stripe, renewing until you cancel. Prices and limits are shown on the plans page.
• Single Journey — a one-time payment giving 90 days of access from purchase. It does not renew. When the window closes, coaching stops; your spaces stay available while your account is open, and your Build Spec stays downloadable.

Daily coaching limits apply to every plan and are shown in the product as you use it. We may change prices, and if we do we will tell you before it affects you.

Pausing and cancelling

You can pause a subscription for up to 90 days. Billing stops, your spaces and decisions are preserved, and coaching resumes when you do.

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not bill you again.

Refunds

• Single Journey — a full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase. Email hello@heyaiden.com from the address on your account. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
• Starter and Founder — subscriptions are not refunded. Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right applies regardless of anything here.

Fair use

Please don't:

• try to break, overload, or work around the limits of the service
• use it to generate unlawful or harmful material
• resell it, or use it to build a competing product
• attempt to access anyone else's account or content

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Availability

We work to keep Aiden running, but it is provided as-is. It depends on services we don't control, and it can be unavailable or interrupted. We don't promise it will always be available or that its output will be accurate.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business decisions you make using Aiden, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Aiden and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your Build Spec and keep what you need.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced here with an updated date, and by email where they affect what you pay or what you get.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

If you are a consumer in a place whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here takes those rights away from you.
